Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an email with the subject line "Order Confirmation for Order #123456", with your unique order number. If you click the "view your order" button in this email, you'll be brought to your order status page. After an order ships, you will be able to see your tracking number there.
It takes us 1-3 business days to create and send out your order (even if you purchased speedier shipping). After that, you'll receive an email with your tracking info. If you haven't received this email, either your order is still being processed or it could've gone to junk mail so double check there.

- If you don't have an account and you're still having trouble finding your tracking info "Submit a Request" and we'll help you find it.
