Removing your PopGrip is easy! Follow these simple Do’s and Don’ts.
Do: Use dental floss or a credit card to carefully remove your PopGrip. Slide either item underneath your PopGrip until all the bonds in the adhesive gel break.
Don't: Grab your PopGrip by the button (top piece) and pull up using your incredible strength. If you pull too hard and the locking mechanism breaks, you will need a replacement.
Don't: Attempt to pull on your PopGrip halfway through removal. Slide a card or dental floss underneath the entire adhesive base to ensure proper separation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Attempting to remove your PopGrip from your glass-backed phone could damage your phone, especially if there are any cracks or chips (visible or invisible to the naked eye) on the glass. USE EXTREME CAUTION IN REMOVING YOUR GRIP IN ORDER TO NOT DAMAGE YOUR PHONE.
