Poptivism was PopSockets’ original social impact initiative, wherein independently designed grips could be submitted in support of a variety of organizations. Once approved, 50% of the proceeds from each Poptivism grip would be donated to the nonprofit for which they were designed.
The Poptivism program originally leveraged celebrity partners to champion a fundraising opportunity for their favorite causes, and eventually, the program opened up to anyone who wanted to design their own grip on behalf of any nonprofit organization.
As PopSockets has refined our social impact strategy, we have discontinued Poptivism in its original format in favor of focusing on a more in-depth relationship with a select list of nonprofit partners.
50% of proceeds from nonprofit partner grips are still donated to the organization they support, and we offer a number of other donation options for those partners including ChangeUp at checkout, and special promotions through the PopSockets Positivity Fund.
