Attention Customers: Due to the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), the PopSockets Boulder office is temporarily closed. All product returns and refund requests shall now proceed along the following lines.
(i) If your refund request relates to a product defect, please provide a photo or video and we'll issue your refund as quickly as possible. Submit a request here to get started on the refund process.

(ii) If you're unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please ship your product back to our office after your stay-at-home order is lifted and you can safely travel to the post office.
We have No timetable for when we'll be able to return -- the safety of our employees & community is paramount during this period. Once we're back, we'll issue a refund.
