    Customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I emailed a problem THREE DAYS AGO!!!!! Never got a response and I have now called customer service 5 times with no answer!!!!!! It’s only 3:40 yet online it says they operate until 5.......

    I have called numerous times, and no one answers!!!! Also sent an email and got no response.  I want to know how to return an order that was supposed to be cancelled?? I received a duplicate order, and was charged for both! Please advise!!!!

    I emailed a week ago during their business hours, then emailed again today. My popsocket broke within two days of receiving it. I just want a new one but can not get a response.

    I have emailed 4 times regarding to "Canceling my order" They replied back saying it is canceled but the charges are pending on Paypal. According to PayPal they still can charge me. My Order is also NOT updated as Cancelled. I didn't even get an email that it was Cancelled.

    I don't believe they cancelled my order. 

    Customer service is horrible at replying back in a timely manner. I will not call and waste my time. I bet I will sit there for hours waiting to connect to an "agent".
