I just want a new one but can not get a response. 0 Comment actions Permalink Ly H January 17, 2020 05:12 Edited I have emailed 4 times regarding to "Canceling my order" They replied back saying it is canceled but the charges are pending on Paypal. According to PayPal they still can charge me. My Order is also NOT updated as Cancelled. I didn't even get an email that it was Cancelled.I don't believe they cancelled my order. Customer service is horrible at replying back in a timely manner. I will not call and waste my time.
