If you received an order confirmation email, you can use the order number to CHECK WHETHER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. Tracking numbers are always sent in conjunction with each order confirmation email.
What if I haven’t received an email confirmation or tracking information?
Confirmation emails generate upon placing an order. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing your order, confirm that:
1) Your order was completed; check your bank account for a “pending” transaction.
2) You're checking the email inbox linked to the email address used to place the order.
3) The confirmation email is not in your junk folder. If you’re using Gmail, you may want to also check your “Promotions” tab.
