Order Confirmation and Tracking Link:
You should receive an order Confirmation Email immediately after you submitted your order and an email with a Tracking Link as soon as your order ships.
After ordering, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and 3-5 business days for delivery in the US.
What if I haven’t received an Order Confirmation or Tracking link email?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email 24-48 hours after placing your order, please make sure that:
- Your order was completed. Check your bank account for a “Pending” transaction.
- You are checking the email inbox linked to the email address used to place the order.
- The confirmation email is not in your Spam folder.
- if you’re using Gmail, also check your Promotions folder.

- You didn’t receive a confirmation and/or tracking email
Order Delivered - but you cannot find it anywhere:
- Sometimes the status of an order is marked as "delivered" before the order is actually delivered.
- Please wait a few days, the order will most likely still arrive in your mailbox.
