Order Confirmation and Tracking Link:
After ordering please allow 24-48 hours for your order to get processed and 3-5 business days for shipping (in the US). You should receive an order confirmation email with a Tracking Link as soon as your order has shipped. Sometimes they end up in your Spam Folder.
What if I haven’t received an email confirmation or tracking information?
Confirmation emails generate as soon as your order ships and NOT right after placing an order. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email 48 hours after placing your order, confirm that:
1) Your order was completed; check your bank account for a “pending” transaction.
2) You're checking the email inbox linked to the email address used to place the order.
3) The confirmation email is not in your junk folder. If you’re using Gmail, you may want to also check your “Promotions” tab.
If you know that you entered the incorrect email address, you can send us a corrected one by clicking here.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, submit a request here and we’ll be happy to help track your order down.
Order Delivered - but you cannot find it anywhere:
Sometimes the status of an order gets marked as "delivered" before it arrives, even when the order is still under our 3-5 business days delivery time frame.
We kindly ask you to wait a couple of days and the order will most likely still arrive in your mailbox.
