Licensing Restrictions: Why a “Create Your Own (CYO)” Order May Be Rejected/Cancelled.

Due to copyright and IP licensing law, we are restricted from printing certain images and have to reject using them on our customized products. 

Here are some examples of images we can't print:

• Avengers/Marvel - these can be purchased HERE
• College and University logos - these can be purchased HERE
• Daredevil
• Disney characters - these can be purchased HERE
• Fraternities/Sororities
• Harry Potter - these can be purchased HERE
• Justice League - these can be purchased HERE
• MLB teams and logos - these can be purchased HERE
• My Little Pony 
• NBA teams and logos - these can be purchased HERE
• NFL - these can be purchased HERE
• Pokemon - these can be purchased HERE
• Rick & Morty
• Spider-Man - these can be purchased HERE
• SpongeBob SquarePants
• Star Wars - these can be purchased HERE
• Suicide Squad
• Transformers

If your “Create Your Own” order was canceled, it is likely that it contained one of the images listed above or other licensed media. If you don't specifically own the rights to the image you uploaded, we aren't allowed to print it. If you're unsure whether your image is licensed or not, submit a request to cs@popsockets.com, and we’ll be happy to let you know.
