Note: Refunds can only be issued up to 90 days after payment! No refunds for any items that were marked as Final Sale or Clearance on the website.
If your PopSockets product is broken or defective, there is no need to return the item to us, except if we request a return. Only then we provide a free return label.
Please submit a ticket to our Customer Obsession team by contacting us here and we’ll be happy to assist. Let us know if you would like to receive a replacement, refund, or store credit.
If you are not happy with your PopSockets product and wish to return it for that reason, please click here to start the process. We'll then provide return instructions.
If the item is not defective a physical return is needed for a refund. Non-defective items are shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Note: In order to speed up the refund process you can email us the tracking # and we'll approve the refund. If you do not provide a tracking# it can take up to 3 weeks to receive a refund.
