Note: Refunds can only be issued up to 90 days after payment! No refunds for any items that were marked: Final Sale or Clearance on the website.
If your PopSockets product is broken or defective, there is no need to return the item to us. Please submit a ticket to our Customer Obsession team by contacting us here and we’ll be happy to submit a replacement order, refund, or issue store credit.
If you aren’t happy with your PopSockets product and wish to return it for this reason, please send it to the following address:

Be sure to include your order number and your name somewhere on the return package.
Please do not use the prepaid shipping label included in your package for returns or refunds - only use this label to ship items for recycling! If you use this label instead of going through the returns process, your refund won’t be processed correctly.
Please note that returns are shipped back at the customer’s expense. We are currently working with reduced staff on site. As a result, returns and refunds may experience longer processing times.
